How do I pay?
We accept EFT (bank transfer). As soon as you place your order you'll see our banking details and your unique payment reference. Please pay within 48 hours. We dispatch once your payment reflects, so sending your proof of payment helps us move faster.
How does PUDO delivery work?
For a flat R60 we send your order to the PUDO locker of your choice, anywhere in South Africa. When it arrives, PUDO sends a PIN to your mobile number. Enter it at the locker to collect your parcel.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1 business day of your order, once your payment has reflected. Delivery to your PUDO locker then takes 2–5 business days, depending on the courier.
Can I exchange or return something?
Exchanges are at the customer's cost: you cover the delivery fees for the exchange.
